What a rip off! Their “kids fun day” advertised as great for young kids was anything but fun for my son. Park was dirty and full of trash that wasn’t cleaned up from the night before. Bounce house was full of water. Train wasn’t working. No story time as advertised. After 10 minutes of being there we demanded our money back and they refused. NEVER come here!!!
Great attraction for the time of month. The employees seemed engaged with their jobs. It can get chilly at night! We went during the week which didn't have that many crowds. Definitely going again
On the day my family and I went (a weekday when the park should be empty) there were ONLY a handful (maybe 5) of attractions which seem to appeal more to little boys and girls under the age of 8. The arcade room was garbage as more than HALF of the games were not working. And the service? There was none. There were employees everywhere hanging out with each other more than addressing the needs of the visitors. When we walked into the ice cream shop to order food, no one asked if we were being helped or if we needed help. My wife had to ask someone after waiting 10 minutes. I won't even remark on the conditions of the restrooms but if the rest of this review is any indication, it's safe to say we'd rather go in the woods. I will NEVER return to this park. I'd much rather take my family to the dentist for root canals. It may be more fun
This place is really one of a kind. We really had a good time at Bayville Adventure Park. Lots of good activities to enjoy for at a fair price. All the activity adventures that we’ve tried are so fun yet challenging and my family really enjoys it very much. We'll not hesitate to come back to this place again to have another fun.
I came for Bayville Scream Park and I have never experienced what I did tonight. It's a total ripoff and a waste of money. You're able to buy a 6 attraction ticket, but you can only experience two. They don't know how to run lines and don't care when you make comments or share your concerns. They are so unprofessional. I will never come here again nor will I recommend this place to anyone. They just steal your money. Asked for a refund and they refused, so now I'm stuck here and can't do a damn thing. Very unhappy with this place.
